Madeleine is the founder and CEO of Writer’s Desk. Madeleine graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall (2009) and earned her BA in psychology from Yale University (2013), where she studied writing with esteemed American novelists, essayists, and playwrights. Before establishing Writer’s Desk, Madeleine worked as a teacher and tutor at a variety of educational organizations, including Teach for America, Freudigman and Billings, and Elite Scholars of China. She has extensive experience teaching in China, and guiding international students through their applications to American colleges and universities.
